India to host T20 Wordcup

During the board meeting of the Cricket Board of India (BCCI) and Cricket Australia (CA) head of the International Cricket Council (ICC) on Friday, two T20 World Cups were scheduled to be hosted in the next two years on the virtual platform. In the meeting, BCCI and CA reached consensus on hosting the 2021 and 2022 phase.

"The ICC today confirms that the T20 World Cup 2020 postponed due to the corona virus epidemic will now take place in Australia in 2022," the ICC said in the release. T20 World Cup 2021 in India will be according to the predetermined schedule. The ICC also said that the Women's One-Day Cricket World Cup, to be held in New Zealand next year, has been postponed until February March 2022 due to the widespread effects of the Corona epidemic.

The World T20 World Cup was to be held in Australia from October 18 this year, but it was postponed due to the Kovid-19 epidemic. Now this T20 World Cup will be in Australia in 2022. The postponement of the T20 World Cup this year cleared the way for the IPL to be held. Now the IPL will be played in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from 19 September.Apart from this, the ICC has canceled the Women's ODI World Cup 2021. Now this tournament will be played in New Zealand from 6 February to 7 March in 2022.
