2020 has been a year for challenges and several bad news, especially for film fraternity and ardent fans of cinema. While several celebrities passed away this year, many were hospitalised either for coronavirus or other ailments. Recently, Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt was admitted at Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital after reporting breathlessness. He took to Twitter to share the information regarding his health.In a shocking turn of events, Sanjay Dutt has been detected with stage 3 lung cancer. He flies off to the US for immediate treatment.

However, credible sources associated with Mumbai Live have confirmed that the actor has been diagnosed with lung cancer. While he has been discharged from Lilavati Hospital, reports state that he will continue the treatment in the US, and will spend the next months there.
Initially, doctors tested him for coronavirus and his reports were negative. He was in the ICU, under observation. for two days (until August 10) and was discharged later. He took to social media to announce a break from films, and wrote, "Hi friends, I am taking a short break from work for some medical treatment. My family and friends are with me and I urge my well-wishers not to worry or unnecessarily speculate. With your love and good wishes, I will be back soon."
